He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oustrich and Josephine Oustrich (Lisowski). He is survived by: his children, Jocelyn (Edward Little), John Jay (Loretta Oustrich), Jeff (Kelly Oustrich) and Jamie Oustrich; his grandchildren, Nolan (Stefanie Little), Jillian Little, Paige Oustrich, Chloe Oustrich, Caitlin Oustrich and Colin Oustrich; his siblings, Paul (Ann Oustrich), Joanne Perrige and George; and his spouse Jackie Oustrich.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Basil the Great Catholic Church (2340 Kimberton Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at the St. Ann Cemetery (305 W Pothouse Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460).
