She is survived by: her mother Florence Goodlunis (Lubeski); her husband Len Guarna; her children, Lenny Guarna (Judi), Cheryl Guarna (Lindsay) and Joel Guarna (Rachel); her granddaughter Sylvia; her sister Laurel Scicchitano (Mike); her cousin Maryann Palovick (Jerry); and her sibling's children, Michael, Emily, Erin, Matthew Scicchitano, Lisa Donmoyer (Huhn) and Susan D'Archangelo (Huhn).
