Splitt (Chapman); his children, Nicholas Splitt of Hummelstown, Matthew Splitt (Morgan) of Bloomsburg, Molly Johnson (Galen) of Osage Beach, MO and Abby Cullen (Brady) of Tijeras, NM; his grandchildren, Stanley, Stevie Johnson and Logan Cullen; his siblings, Patricia Zimmerman (Jim) of Mifflinburg, David Splitt of Elysburg and Lisa Casselberry (Wally) of Muncy; his aunt Mary A'Zary of Elysburg; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Yeager, Emily and Morgan Casselberry.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jerry's memory to a local EMS agency of their choosing.
