She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Earl and Helen Jennie Geist (Smith); her husband Leonard R. Weikel; and her sister-in-law Helen Minnich (Guy). She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Slanina (William) of Elysburg and Cathy Moore (James) of Maryland; her grandchildren, Christopher Slanina (Cortlyn), Tyler Moore (Danielle), Stephanie Lutz (Samuel) and Emily Slanina; her great grandchildren, Grey Slanina, Grant Slanina, Samuel Lutz, Laurel Lutz and Lily Lutz; and her nephew Vaughn Minnich.
