He was predeceased by: his parent Betty Matulewicz (Tuto); his former wife Roberta Merlo; his stepson Jeff Aaron Karpinsky; his grandmother Ethel Rodgers; his godson Matthew Sandri; and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Slotterback, Thompson, Ernie and Tina Delbo.
He is survived by: his wife Tammie Supatina Karpinsky; his mother-in-law Nancy Supatina; his sisters, Cynthia Wascavage (Jack) of Kulpmont and Joan Thompson; his children, Rachel Matulewicz and Joseph Matulewicz (Molly); his stepdaughters, Amber Leshinski (Russell) and Kristin Matzura (Stephen); his grandchildren, Elijah, Victoria Staub, Claire, Natalie Matulewicz, Lexi, Russell Leshinski, Stephen and Frank Matzura; his siblings-in-law, R. Merlo, Shelly Lushinski (Vince), Heidi Alleman (Nelson) and Angel Casey (Brian); and his pet Max. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
