He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Ruth Weaver (Oglesby) and Earl Weaver. He is survived by: his son Logan M. Weaver of Emlenton; his siblings, Earl L. Weaver Jr. of Salem, Ruth Weaver Aites of Oil City and Rebecca R. Ritchey of Salem; and his brother-in-law Robert D. Ketner Jr. (Molly) of North Carolina.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hile-Best Funeral Home (2781 PA-257, Seneca, PA 16346). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
