He is survived by: his children, Chasity Myers (Dave), Chris Myers (Julie), Melanie Hockman (Adam) and Nicholas Rawson (Amy); and his siblings, Carole Monrean (Dale), Lori Wagner (John) and Lonnie Myers (Margaret). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
