He is survived by: his children, Vicky Gates (Randy) of Emlenton, Adam Wingard (Briana) of Shippenville and Casey Wingard (Kelly) of Shippenville; his grandchildren, Ashley Kellerman (Mathew) of Emlenton, Devin Gates (Brittney) of Knox and Avaleigh Wingard of Shippenville; his great grandchildren, Ariella, Mason Kellerman, Bennett and Lincoln Gates; his siblings, Charles Wingard (Kathy) of Shippenville, Paul Wingard (Beth) of Shippenville, Les Wingard of Shippenville, Cliff Wingard of Cranberry, Mary Lou Hanby of Jamestown, NY and Wendy Tharan (Randy) of Knox; and his friend Betty Johnson of Emlenton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a brother-in-law.
