She was predeceased by: her parents, James Schiele and Doris Hildenbrand Schiele; her husband Arthur J. "Bud" McGarvey; and her siblings, Pam Schiele, John Flores, Charlene Frazier and Ellen Hornayk.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur R. "Buddy" McGarvey (Tammy) of Emlenton and Janell M. Whitebird (Donald) of Emlenton; her grandchildren, Danielle Wade (Devon) of Viola, DE, James E. "Jimmy" McGarvey of Emlenton, Brandon D. Whitebird of Emlenton and Donald R. Whitebird (Sonia) of San Antonio, TX; her great grandchildren, David, Colten, Casen Whitebird, Ellie Wade, Raylan Wade and Venessa Whitebird; and her siblings, James Schiele (Shirley), Jospeh Schiele, Marc Schiele, Mark Flores, Katherine Brizzi, Diane (Chuck) and Holly Gruberer (Robert). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers in law, sisters in law, and good friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hile Funeral Home, Inc. (1204 Kerr Ave, Emlenton, PA 16373). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
