Mildred C. Marterella Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred C. Marterella of Emlenton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 4, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Campbell and Shirley Gibson Campbell; her significant other John R. Marterella; her son Anthony P. "Tony" Marterella; her brother Lynn "Herb" Campbell; and her brother-in-law Carmen Marterella.
She is survived by: her sons, James R. "Jim" Marterella (Natalie Kerstetter) of Erie, Mark C. Marterella (Pamela) of Franklin and John R. "J. J." Marterella Jr. (Melissa) of Grand Haven, Michigan; her grandchildren, Nathan J. Marterella (Tayler) of Oil City, Conor J. Marterella (Madison Weaver) of Franklin, Grace and Vivian Marterella of Grand Haven, MI; her brother David Campbell (Jane) of Sandy Lake; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Marterella of Hilliards, Donald Marterella (Karen) of Grove City, Aleda and Robert "Buzz" Swank of Butler. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hile Funeral Home Inc. (1204 Kerr Ave, Emlenton, PA 16373). A rosary will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 6:45 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church (807 Chestnut St, Emlenton, PA 16373).
