She was predeceased by: her husband Carl F. Urffer; her parents, George W. Nuss and Mildred Nuss (Laubach); her sons, Gery and Douglas Urffer; and her siblings, George Nuss and Shirley Schaffer.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Troxell, Wendy Martinez, Mark and Larry Urffer. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 19 Great-Grandchildren.
