He is survived by : his wife Yolanda Ramos; his children, William Vega (Carmen), Andy Vega (Yolanda), Tashena Salcedo (Jonathan), Milagros Vega (Farid), Carmelo Ramos, Arlyne Ramos, Angel Ramos, Joshua Ramos, Moses Ramos, Rachel Ramos, Daniel Ramos and David Ramos; and his siblings, Mildred Carrasco Ramos (Victor Carrasco), Luis Ramos (Noemi Ramos Santos), Miriam Ramos, Sonia Avila (Luis Antonio Avila) and Andres. He is also survived by many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, May 18th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sell-Herron Funeral Home (1145 Lehigh St, Allentown, PA 18103). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
