Carol leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Carol’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald S. Fake; her parents, Katie Sophia and Joseph Smurda, Sr.; and her brothers, Joseph Smurda, Jr. and Ronald N. Smurda.
She is survived by: her sons, Todd M. Fake (Lisa) and Brian K. Fake (Holly); her grandchildren, Megan (James McGee) and Michael Fake; and her great grandchild William Joseph Lutterschmidt.
