Charles R. Carter Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 24, 2026, at the age of 79, Charles R. Carter of Emmaus, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Carter and Jean Carter (Riley); and his sister Terry Cole. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Hall; his brother Chris (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Joseph and Heather Hall; and his stepchildren, Heather, Tanya and Brett Schaedel. He is also survived by 2 Great-Grandchildren, 5 Step-Grandchildren: 2 Step-Great-Grandchildren.
