She was predeceased by: her father Donald Ruth. She is survived by: her mother Betty Ruth; her husband James Beers; her brother Dennis (Audrey); her children, Michelle (Mike) and Allen (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Dylan, Logan, Cole, Ryley, Liam, Caleb and Jillian.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to establish a college education fund for Debra's grandchildren.
