She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph Wenzel; and her parents, John Zednik and Olga Zednik (Hujcs). She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Joseph Wenzel Jr. of Emmaus, Lisa Schoch (David) of Alburtis, Christine Conway of Slatington and Stephanie Krasely of Emmaus; and her siblings, Judy Heydt, John Zednik and Karen Fritchman. She is also survived by grandchildren; her 10 cherished great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kathleen's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
