He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael E. Ruyak, Sr. and Mary Ruyak (Skrovina); and his brother Stephen Ruyak. He is survived by : his wife Rosemarie 'Rosie' Ruyak (Tiwold); his son Michael E. Ruyak, III; his grandchildren, Cecilia and Benjamin; and his goddaughter Kimberlee Rodriguez (Leonard).
