He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry C. Holtzhafer and Helen C. Holtzhafer (Meitzler); and his brothers, Henry and Kenneth. He is survived by : his spouse Marjo M. Holtzhafer (Folk); his son Brian Holtzhafer (Jenae); and his grandsons, Addison and Weston Holtzhafer.
