He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Petrazio and Roxanne Holmes Petrazio. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Losey; his sons, David T. Patrazio, Jr. (Heidi), Anthony Petrazio and Joseph Petrazio (Chrissy); his grandchildren, Allie, John, Dakota, Rachel, Rykki and Reilly (Raiven); his siblings, Ferdinand Petrazio (Kay) and Roxanne Hornung; and his pets, Maze and Zeeko. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
