She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kamats and Anna Kamats (Kephart); her siblings, Thomas Kamats (Margaret), Paul Kamats and Jacqueline Kamats; her daughter-in-law Marlene Smith; and her grandson Matthew.
She is survived by: her husband David Smith; her sister Mary Jane Logue (Richard); her children, David Smith II (Judy House), Daniel Smith, Justin Kamats (Kelly) and Tana Smith; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Brian, Alex, Caleb, Anna, Elise, Cassidy, Caryn and Gabriel; and her sister-in-law Edna Kamats. She is also survived by her thirteen great-grandchildren.
