She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Mullin and Kathryn E. Means Mullin; her husband Joseph R. Gibbs; and her sister Maureen "Reenie" McCarty. She is survived by: her sons, Kirk Gibbs (Jill) of Emporium and Brett Gibbs of Emporium; her grandchildren, Kierra Schwab (Jason), Alora Clark (Levi), Jennifer Gibbs and Zachary; and her sisters, Debb S. Lee, Kelly Mullin and Carole Hill. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
