He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Irwin and Mildred Pearsall Irwin; and his brother Colin Irwin. He is survived by: his wife Pamela "Pam" Irwin; his children, Logan Irwin of Butler, PA and Cameron Irwin of Emporium; and his siblings, Kimberley Irwin of Emporium and Stephen Irwin of Emporium.
