With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard M. Cool of Emporium, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 13, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Cool and Kathleen Foley Cool; his wife Bev; and his siblings, Joe, Jim and Linda.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy, Richard II and Barbara; and his sisters, Carol and Lois. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Barnett Funeral Home (207 E 4th St, Emporium, PA 15834). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospital-Erie, 1645 W. 8th St., Erie, PA 16505.
