He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter I. Garman and Martha K. Kephart Garman; and his brothers, Theodore "Bud" Garman and Peter Garman, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Sally A. Sitter; his children, Linda Winkelvoss (Bart) and Clarence Holton (Toni) of Parkesburg, PA; his grandchildren, Emily Winkelvoss Wade (Logan), Ashley Winkelvoss Capra (Erik), Dominic Holton and Brandon Holton; and his sister Blanche "Peggy" Fox.
