He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert L. Thomas and Nancy L. Spellenberg Thomas; his daughters, Christina Thomas Welch of Emporium and Elizabeth Thomas of Emporium; his grandchildren, DeHaven Welch of Emporium, Brooke of Emporium, Cheyenne Welch of Emporium and Joanna O'Brien of Emporium; his sisters, Debbie Thomas of Emporium, Lori Thomas of Emporium and Karen Reed; and his grandparents, Arthur, Edna Kennedy Spellenberg, James, Lillian Partlow Thomas and Robert L. "Friction" Thomas, Jr.. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
