She was predeceased by: her husband Donald B. Heckert; and her daughter Beverly Heckert Bastardi. She is survived by: her son Donald C. Heckert (Carolyn); and her close friends, Ginny, Ellie and Linda. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
