He is survived by: his children, Brenda Paul, Susan E. Wagner and Stephen Wagner (Diane); and his grandsons, David Wagner (Kate), Billy Sheaffer III (Kelly) and David Harren (Kia). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
