He is survived by: his wife Cindy of Enola; his son Richard L. Allen; his close friend April McPherson of Willow Street; his grandchildren, Chase, Chance, Destiney and Levi; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Lennon and Chase, Jr.; and his nephews, Steven Bair and Jeremy Grant.
