She is survived by: her spouse Jacque A. Smith of Reinholds, PA; her daughters, Susan L. Fitzpatrick (Michael J. Formica) of Souderton, PA, Carol A. Nolt of Denver, PA and Ann K. Lagaza (Brian K. Lagaza) of Denver, PA.; her grandchildren, Brighid L. Fitzpatrick, Emily N. Burkhart, Jacquie E. Lagaza and Michelle Martin; her great grandchildren, Jack Burkhart, Raelyn, Taylor and Bryson Martin; her sister Shelby A. Brooks of Ephrata, PA; her niece Lori Brooks-Gehman; and her nephew Barrett Brooks.
