Mertz of Ephrata, PA; her grandchildren, Ryder, Hailey, Isabelle, Dawson and Bryson; and her siblings, Brian of Raleigh and Patti of Greenville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are appreciated to Mt. Hope Nazarene Retirement Community; 3026 Mt Hope Home Rd, Manheim, PA 17545.
