Betty J. Edwards Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2025, at the age of 97, Betty J. Edwards of Ephrata, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her foster parents, Alvin McQuate and Margaret McQuate (Sheetz); her husband John J. Edwards; her brother Galen McQuate; and her sons, J. Randall and Sydney Edwards.

She is survived by: her children, Suzanne M. Hoffman (John), Darryl G. Edwards (Jody), Timothy A. Edwards (Mary), Theresa E. Pike (late Richard) and Bradley R. Edwards (Joni Whiteford); and her sister Louise King-Lundquist. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home (533 Walnut St, Denver, PA 17517). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
