He was predeceased by: his grandmother Bonnie Lheureux. He is survived by: his fiancée Jessica Plantz; his sons, Nicholas and Jesse; his mother April Miller (William Settle); his stepfather Charles Miller; his siblings, Ashlyn Miller and Dawson Miller; his uncle Anthony Jones; his cousin Tabitha Rodriguez; and his close friend Jessie Truitt.
