He was predeceased by: his parents, Randal C. Lerch and Doris E. Hocking (Nies); his wife Debra Lerch (Sweigart); his nephew Jason "Jules" Hiester; and his stepfather George Hocking.
He is survived by: his siblings, Susan D. Lerch of Richland and John R. Lerch (Connie) of Ephrata; and his nephews, Steven Hiester (Jeannine), Ryan Lerch (Stephanie) and Eric Lerch. He is also survived by two great nephews & a great niece.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Ursday Gravenor Sipler Funeral & Cremation Centre, Inc. (100 W Main St, Ephrata, PA 17522).
