He was predeceased by : his wife Emma Mohler Musser; and his parents, Joseph Musser and Salome Gehman Musser. He is survived by : his sons, Elmer, Jr. (Cindy Musser) of Northport, NY, Kevin (Glenda Musser) of Columbia and Dr. Dale Musser of San Francisco, CA; and his sister Elsie Bowman. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
