He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Baker and Evelyn Baker (Hoffman); and his siblings, William "Billy" Baker, Shirley Reichenbach and Barbara Graham.
He is survived by: his spouse Gail Baker (Longstreth); his children, Evan Baker, Jr., Tammy (Joe Sharkey) and Krista Baker; and his siblings, Peggy Greaves and Fred Baker. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
