Burkholder of Ephrata, Derek M. Burkholder (Josie A. (Mrozik)) of Manheim and Kyle S. Burkholder (Alyssa M. (Edris)) of Palmyra; and his brothers, Daniel L. Jr. Burkholder (Sue A. (Weidman)) of Ephrata, Terry L. (Diane (Bergman) Burkholder) of Lititz, George A. (Nancy (Boley) Burkholder) of New Holland and Dennis L. (Lorraine (Good) Burkholder) of New Holland. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
