She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hufford and Hilda Hufford (Kilhefner); her husband Kenneth Hoover; and her siblings, Hilda Harkins and Ron Hufford.

She is survived by: her sons, Kent (Zihmin Hoover), Kevin (Marina Hoover) and Kurt Hoover; her close friend Donna Greiner; and her brother Richard (Darlene Hufford). She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
