He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara A. Maushardt Flanagan; and his sister Laura K. Flanagan. He is survived by: his father J. Michael Flanagan of Lititz; and his brothers, Dr. M. Casey Flanagan (Julia Cheringal) of Bethesda, MD and Joseph Flanagan (Abigail) of Lancaster.
