He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gallagher and Sarah Gallagher (Bowe); his son Michael; his son-in-law John Kulfan; and his great grandchild Madeline Jonna.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Marie Gallagher (Wilson); his children, Donna Kulfan (David Horst) and John Gallagher (Janette Bush); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Thomas), Christopher (Kristin), Samantha (Tom), Tyler (Martha) and James; and his stepgrandchildren, Sheryl (Greg), Dustan (Beth), Derek (Katey) and Amber (Abel). He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stradling Funeral Home (201 Church Ave, Ephrata, PA 17522). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (320 Church Ave, Ephrata, PA 17522).
