In the sacred silence of farewell, Judy is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Moger and Irma Moger (Emery); and her in-laws, Victor and Mary Beatrice Rupp. She is survived by: her husband Marlin P. Rupp; her children, Beth Rupp and Nathan Rupp; her granddaughter Serenity White; and her sisters, Sue Beck and JoAnn Muller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lancaster Alliance Church (210 Pitney Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
