She was predeceased by: her husband John H. Hoover; her parents, Henry Bicher and Lillie Sensenig Bicher; her former husband Aaron H. Weaver; her son Alvin R. Weaver; her daughter-in-law Edith Weaver (Marlin); her stepson-in-law Paul Eberly (Esther Mae); and her siblings, Emma Eberly, Minnie Bicher, Ada Eberly, Jacob Bicher, Elsie Eberly, Edna Eberly, Henry Bicher, Jr. and Warren Bicher.

She is survived by: her children, Marlin R. Weaver of Stevens, Leon P. (Leah Fay), Janice E. (Phares Zeiest) of Narvon and Aaron R. (Louise); and her stepchildren, Esther Mae Eberly of Ephrata, Daniel W. (Verna H.), Leonard W. (Lillian), Mary E. (Raymond Martin) of Lititz, Emma (Levi Brubaker) of Ephrata, Erma (Amos Reiff) of Ephrata, John J. (Dorothy), Julia (Lamar Hoover) of Stevens and Miriam (Jay Showalter) of Ephrata. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; 53 step grandchildren; 253 step great-grandchildren; and 199 step great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Middle Creek Reception Center (520 PA-897, Reinholds, PA 17569). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Springville Mennonite Church (580 Springville Rd, Ephrata, PA 17522).
