He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Clugston and Meda Clugston (Burkhart); and his wife JoAnn L. Clugston (Longenecker). He is survived by: his daughter Denise L. (Kevin Mull); his grandchildren, Nichole (Jon Miller) and Ethan Mull (Renee); and his brothers, Paul Clugston and Ken Clugston. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
