She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stringer and Ruth Stringer (Plank); her husband Howard Yerger; and her son Richard Whitekettle. She is survived by: her daughter Dawn M. Hopkins (Howard Knight) of Leola; her grandchildren, William Hopkins (Stephanie) and Gabrielle Dunn; and her brother James Stringer (Sally). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and two brothers.
A graveside service was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hahnstown United Zion Cemetery (900 Glenwood Dr, Ephrata Township, PA 17522).
