Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint William leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Fulton and Violet Fulton (Lott); and his son Ronald Fulton. He is survived by: his spouse Almeda "Mickey" Fulton (Pettigrew); and his children, Sherry Jackson (William Jackson, Jr.), Kenneth Fulton, Kelly (Randy Martin) and Eric Fulton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stradling Funeral Home (201 Church Ave, Ephrata, PA 17522). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
