He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Peters and Hattie Peters (Spangler); his wife Teresa M. Peters; and his daughter Patricia A. (Tom Pierce). He is survived by: his children, Donna M. (Fred S. Neyhard) of Ephrata, Karen L. (Michael L. Mitchell) of Lititz, PA and Scott W. Peters (Connie L. (Jones)) of Ephrata; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Kelly, Jaclyn, Dean, Jodee, Ryan and Justin; and his close friend Mary Peachey. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and two half-brothers.
