She is survived by: her husband Tim; her children, Julie Matz (Joshua) and Matthew Hoffmann (Karey); her grandchildren, Ava, Bella, Gabriel (Matz), Ellis, Josie and Judah (Hoffmann); and her siblings, Scott Makela (Georgia), Jill Ciaccio (Alfonse) and Jodi Peters (Keith). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
