We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Donald I. Duckwitz Jr. (Erdenheim, Pennsylvania). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Duckwitz; his children, Ryan Duckwitz (Melissa), Heidi Leone (Matthew) and Ashley Perez; his grandchildren, Emma, Paige, Brady and Sophie; and his sister Donna Hemphill.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Chelten Church of Hope (1601 N Limekiln Pike, Chalfont, PA 18914). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In honor of Don's memory and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association (https://donorservices.alz.org).
