He was predeceased by: his father Clifford E. Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia R. Watkins; his mother Mary Watkins; and his siblings, Patricia Walker (James), Teri Magnotta (Michael), Michele Makarewicz (Charles) and Diane Firster (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
