She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Feliciano and Virginia Vargas Feliciano; her husband Luis Velez; and her sister Rosa Feliciano. She is survived by: her children, Lizbeth Marty (Jorge Melendez), Damaryliz Snodgrass (Michael) and Luis Vega (Jennifer Miller); her grandchildren, Alicia, Julliana, Vanessa, Jonathan, Gioni, Zacheneryliz and Angel; her great grandchildren, Calianna and Kyloni; her siblings, Hilton P. Cruz, Jeannette Vargas and Carmen Diaz; and her pet Brownie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
