It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Chapman (Erie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Barbara Chapman to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Kieklak and Helen Machac Kieklak; and her daughter Helen. She is survived by: her husband Dale Chapman; her sons, Tony of Kissimee, Florida, Donald (Sue) of Waterford and Darrell (Debbie) of Waterford; her siblings, Mary Ann Shampoe, William Kieklak (Sue), Gloria Wienckowski (Ron), Richard Kieklak (Robin) and Carol Pfeiffer (Ed); her grandchildren, David (Kayla), Ashley (Bryan), Wesley and Johnathan; and her great grandchildren, Addy, Declan and Everett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Gallagher Center Alzheimer's Unit - Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center - 607 E 26th St, Erie, PA 16504.
